GEO2010: In the New West
The Canadian Geotechnical Society (CGS), the Calgary Section of the Canadian Geotechnical Society and the Canadian National Committee of the International Permafrost Association (CNC-IPA) invite you to the 63rd Canadian Geotechnical Conference and the 6th Canadian Permafrost Conference. The Conference will be held at the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Calgary, Alberta, Canada from September 12-16, 2010.
With the Canadian Rockies as a backdrop, our theme – GEO2010: In the New West – reflects Calgary’s western culture and its unique role and impact in the development of western Canada. It also refers to the past and future potential in new research developments and advancements in geotechnical and permafrost engineering.
Be sure to join us in Calgary, the Energy Capital of Canada, in September 2010 to explore the western culture, Canadian Rockies and indulge in our famous AAA Alberta beef.
